Periodically review the current By-laws of the
LEPC for possible amendments as might be necessary to maintain the
efficient operation of the LEPC.
Receive and review, from LEPC membership, requests for changes or
additions to the By-laws and, if appropriate, prepare any
amendment(s) for consideration by the LEPC membership.
Upon request of the Executive Committee, a Standing Committee, or an
individual member of the LEPC, assist in the interpretation of the
existing By-laws, or any proposed amendments. |
